The pool
The pool is not available from 10 May to 15 June, or from 1 November to 15 December. In those periods Coral Sea is let without pool access.
A reduction of $500 per night is applied after booking. If that does not suit you, we will cancel and refund in full.
Everything else is unchanged — the private pink-sand beach, the full five-bedroom house, and the weekday housekeeper.
Booking terms
Tax
Bermuda holiday rental tax of 4.5% is added at checkout. Rates above exclude it.
Payment
50% on booking, balance 60 days before arrival. Prepayments are non-refundable.
Booking through Airbnb
Airbnb shows these rates plus 20%, covering their commission and their cancellation terms. Booking direct avoids that.
Non-refundable rate
A 5% discount is available if you pay in full at the time of booking and waive cancellation.
